This GMP, HACCP and ISO 22000 - Internal Auditing training course from SGS teaches you how to perform internal audits in relation to these internationally accepted food safety standards.

You will also learn about the requirements of ISO 19011 – the acknowledged standard for the execution of internal audits.

The course helps you understand the fundamental principles relating to food safety and quality. Specifically, you will learn about the requirements outlined in a Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point (HACCP) program – and how this should be part of your Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP). You will also look at the requirements specified by ISO 22000:2005 for a food safety management system.
